Roles and responsibilities for all team members involved in the project will be establish by the project manager. All the costs and schedules of the project will be developed and analyzed. Qualified subcontractors will be hired and the details of the project will be polished to ensure an efficient, problem free job.

On-going adjustments to the schedule are made in coordination with the project managers and super-intendents to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.
