Prototyping:
Using computer modeling and simulation, physical stresses such as head loads, wind speeds, guy stress and bending moments can be applied to a virtual model utilizing the new design to predict future performance, allowing the various design teams to collaborate much earlier in the development cycle. With a better understanding of the physical requirements, the materials team can now select and engineer the best alloys in advance of physical testing. The material is then developed and ordered while the design is transmitted to the factory, where it is converted to machine code and downloaded to the proper CNC machines for prototyping. |
Engineering:
BlueSky employs development teams that have the most current technology in their field to help push through the traditional barriers of innovation. Utilizing virtual design software allows BlueSky to seamlessly integrate new designs with pre-existing products to ensure maximum overall performance. This integration capability allows the design teams to immediately identify and correct design issues that may not be apparent with traditional engineering drawings. This reduction in design time substantially reduces manufacturing costs and permits BlueSky to cost effectively customize our product to specific client needs.
The outstanding engineering behind every design combined with the use of custom-developed proprietary alloys enables BlueSky to offer its customers corrosive free, light weight, portable masts that were previously unavailable without exorbitant costs. |
